The products, for which the Company owns an exclusive license on intellectual property, are developed up to the stage of proof of clinical concept, before partnering with pharmaceutical companies, which will be responsible for late clinical development and commercialization stages.

In case of licensing deals, Poxel will secure recurrent revenues in the form of upfront, milestones and royalty payments from the licensee.

Initial development will put a strong emphasis first on Imeglimin, Going forward, future growth of the Company will be supported by the progression of the  other assets such as the direct AMPK activators program. Poxel can seek access -through in-licensing deals- to innovative technologies or early clinical assets in therapeutic fields in line with Poxel’s core competencies.
